ESCROW
Escrow accounts for international transactions are often necessary in trade, to ensure the goods or services purchased by the buyer are received in good order and according to the agreement between the parties.
Hermes Escrow can provide the buyer and seller with peace of mind, through escrow accounts so funds for their transaction are secure. Additionally, all accounts are held with institutions covered by government insurance. Hermes Escrow also serves as a 3rd party in the transaction to insure proper release of funds according to the irrevocable terms of the escrow agreement.
For example, a typical buyer would engage into an escrow agreement and provide specific terms for the seller. If the seller agreed, then Hermes Escrow would prepare an escrow agreement with both parties’ approval and the seller would wire funds to be held in an account until the transaction was concluded. Upon successful delivery of the sellers’ goods to buyer, Hermes Escrow would release funds to the seller.
